About Me
- Name: Julie
- Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States
In many ways I’m an enigma. I don’t fit neatly on either side of the traditional left-right political spectrum. I love my country but I fear my government. As someone who detests big government in all its forms, I have been an outspoken critic of both Republican and Democratic policies. The ACLU would abhor me, but James Dobson may not like me any better. In a nutshell, I'm a Christian patriot who believes passionately in individual liberty, personal responsibility, limited government and the sacredness of human life.

Thanks for posting. Everyone should know this.
Oh, this is heartbreaking! I'm crying even now. Lord, have mercy on us!
I read about this the other day, Julie - it is heartbreaking and sickening - and frankly it angers me. Does the US pro-choice crowd have anything to comment about this at all? It is indeed a "slippery slope" and this is were it leads. Thanks for making sure people are aware of this. It's an important post. How long, oh Lord...
Thanks for your comments, everyone. It is indeed heartbreaking, sickening, and definitely a slippery slope. Leaders in the bioethics movement have already said that infanticide should be legal (one person actually argued that a new mother should have up to three days after her baby is born to decide if she wants to kill the child).
